Work Schedule & Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Overview

  • ‎Our client is recruiting a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support and manage the day-to-day human resource operations of their growing organization.
  • ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can balance operational efficiency with employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to building a productive workforce by supporting effective HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • ‎Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • ‎Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • ‎Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
  • ‎Handle employee relations matters, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution.
  • ‎Coordinate staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • ‎Monitor employee attendance, leave administration, and other HR records.
  • ‎Support training and development initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • ‎Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
  • ‎Promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • ‎Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • ‎Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • ‎Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • ‎Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • ‎Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • ‎Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems is an advantage.
  • ‎Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly (Net).
