We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Locations: Lugbe, Abuja 
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate all contracts: Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Agency Agreements, Vendor SLAS, Employment Contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence on property titles, C of Q, R of O, etc
• Advise Management on legal risks, real estate law, tenancy law, and SCUML/
• AMLCFT compliance.
• Manage litigation and external counsel. Represent Bamcom at lower tribunals where applicable.

Key Requirements

• LLB, BL, and must be a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with a current NBA practicing license.
• Minimum of 2 years PQE with experience in real estate, conveyancing, or corporate/ commercial law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Experience with property documentation in FCT/Abuja and other states is an advantage
