Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and close deals in a timely fashion
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Give updated report on sales activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience as sales lead in a Real Estate company is a must
- Minimum of 5 years proven sales leadership experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Applicants who do not have experience working in a real estate company and reside outside Lagos State will be disqualified.
