We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and close deals in a timely fashion
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Give updated report on sales activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience as sales lead in a Real Estate company is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years proven sales leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Applicants who do not have experience working in a real estate company and reside outside Lagos State will be disqualified.
