Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.
Job Responsivities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process customer requests, applications, orders, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services where applicable.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the banking sector.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
