Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels.

Job Responsivities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process customer requests, applications, orders, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services where applicable.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the banking sector.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
