Job Summary

• The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee warehouse operations for lubricants, batteries, and inverter products, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient receiving and dispatch, ERP documentation, warehouse organization, and compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and stock taking.
• Ensure proper product storage and FIFO compliance.
• Manage warehouse documentation, ERP transactions, and inventory reports.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure HSE compliance.
• Supervise Warehouse Assistants and coordinate dispatch schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• OND / HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HND preferred).
• 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Experience with lubricants, batteries, inverters, or automotive products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP inventory management.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000
