We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence?
• We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable dining establishment in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service. 
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. 
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. 
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets. 
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards. 
• Manage inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency. 
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable Fine Dining establishment. 
• Strong leadership and people management skills. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 
• Sound understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems is an advantage.
