Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and energetic Mixologist / Bartender with a passion for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
• Develop signature cocktails and maintain consistency in drink quality.
• Engage with guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable Fine Dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Ability of create signature drinks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
