We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Line Cook (Commis or Chef de Partie) 

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Do you have a passion for preparing exceptional meals with consistency and attention to detail?
• Join our culinary team as a COMMIS OR Chef de Partie.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned kitchen section efficiently. 
•  Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and standards. 
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety within your station. 
• Assist in inventory control and stock management. 
• Support junior kitchen staff when required. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable Fine Dining restaurant. 
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
