Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving property sales, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets within the real estate industry.
  • This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities across residential, commercial, and investment property portfolios.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing prospective clients, marketing available properties, conducting property inspections, managing the sales process from enquiry to closing, and providing professional advisory services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales and leasing opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Source and manage property listings for sale, lease, and investment purposes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property inspections and accompany prospective clients on site visits.
  • Advise clients on property values, pricing, investment opportunities, and current market trends.
  • Negotiate property sales, leases, and contractual agreements to achieve successful transactions.
  • Prepare property presentations, proposals, quotations, and client reports.
  • Coordinate transactions from initial enquiry through documentation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM or internal systems.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase property visibility and drive revenue.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other assigned KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in property sales, leasing, and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and property transaction processes.
  • Experience working with residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a valid driver's licence.
  • Candidate must be able to drive confidently, as regular property inspections and client site visits form a core part of the role.
  • Professional real estate certifications or memberships will be an added advantage.
