Job Description

  • Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in business administration, operations support, and documentation management? We're looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting business operations, regulatory compliance, travel coordination, and administrative excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore personnel safety permits and documentation.
  • Coordinate the registration, renewal, and administration of Company insurance policies and maintain proper records. 
  • Support expatriate immigration, visa, and work permit processes.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance documentation and statutory submissions.
  • Support emergency travel changes for expatriate and offshore personnel where required and personnel movement tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Service Manager. 
  • Assist with preparation of correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and other operational documents. 
  • Support document control processes. 
  • Support business continuity and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-NYSC experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role.
  • Experience with visa processing, travel coordination, or insurance administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality.
