Job Title: Aesthetic Doctor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, ethical, and effective delivery of cosmetic treatments and procedures in line with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
• Drive client trust, repeat patronage, and clinic reputation through excellent clinical outcomes, patient education, and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations, skin assessments, and medical evaluations to determine appropriate aesthetic treatment plans.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as injectables (Botox, fillers), chemical peels, micro-needling, PRP, laser treatments, body contouring, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures approved by the clinic.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ goals, health history, and skin conditions.
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical safety, infection control, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across all procedures.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow up with clients to monitor progress and manage expected outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in compliance with medical regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with clinic management, customer service, sales, and marketing to support client education, content creation, and brand positioning.
• Develop treatment protocols, SOPs, and service quality standards.
• Continuously research emerging technologies, techniques, and global best practices in aesthetic medicine.
• Support the training, mentoring, and skill development of aesthetic nurses and clinical support staff.
• Handle escalation of complex medical/aesthetic cases and provide professional medical judgment when complications arise.
• Represent the clinic professionally during medical events, webinars, and internal/external knowledge-sharing sessions.

Key Performance Indicators

• Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a minimum of 90 - 95% positive ratings based on post-treatment surveys.
• Treatment Success Rate: Achieve ≥ 98% successful procedures with < 1% complication or adverse event rate.
• Client Retention & Repeat Treatment Rate: Attain at least 60 - 75% repeat patronage from existing clients per quarter.
• Number of Consultations Completed: Minimum of 15 - 30 successful consultations per month
• Revenue Contribution: Generate X% of total clinic revenue monthly/quarterly from aesthetic procedures (to be set by management).
• Upsell/Cross-sell Conversion Rate: Record 20 - 35% conversion on recommended complementary treatments/products.
• Training Hours Delivered: Minimum of 8 - 12 hours of clinical training delivered to nurses and technicians per quarter.
• Adherence to Treatment Protocols & SOPs: Maintain ≥ 95% protocol compliance rate across all procedures.
• Clinical Innovation: Introduce 2 - 4 new procedures/techniques/technologies per year or suggest improvements adopted by management.
• Reduction in Customer Complaints: Achieve < 5% complaint rate and 100% resolution of escalated clinical issues within 24–72 hours.
• Positive Reviews Across Platforms: Maintain 85 - 95% positive reviews across internal surveys, online platforms, and client feedback channels.
• Accuracy & Timeliness of Documentation: Achieve 100% accurate patient records and same-day documentation completion.
• Compliance with Clinical & Regulatory Standards: Maintain 100% adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an MBBS Degree with 3-5 years experience
• Post-graduate certification or diploma in Aesthetic Medicine / Dermatology is mandatory.
• Valid medical license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) or equivalent

Salary
N900,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
