We handle logistics for companies or personal needs and we cover everywhere in Lagos. We also do Ogun, Oyo, Oshun, Edo, Delta, Benue. We also offer affordable warehousing service for customers we don’t handle deliveries for.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer and merchant orders.
- Coordinate with fleet operation managers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide merchants with delivery updates.
- Respond to merchant inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve delivery issues such as delays, missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
- Handle customer/merchant complaints professionally and work toward prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and delivery statuses.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on order progress, delivery performance, and operational issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Verify customer information and delivery addresses to minimize errors.
- Follow up with customers after issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with merchants and logistics partners to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Requirements
- NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Location:
- Candidates living in or around the following areas have an advantage: Maryland, Obanikoro, Palmgrove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi.
