We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Senior Sales)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You 'll Expected

  • You will be expected to work onsite for one to twomonthsfor performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years' proven experience in B2B corporate sales.
  • Must have substantial hands-on experience in core sales functions, including:
    • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
    • Managing and nurturing sales pipelines
    • Negotiating and closing high-value corporate deals
  • Candidates whose experience is primarily in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing without significant corporate sales responsibilities will not be considered.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within enterprise or corporate sales environments.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills

Compensation
Monthly Salary: N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit).
