Job Title: Sales Manager - Generator Power Solutions
Location: Lagos
About the Role
- This role is suited for professionals with proven experience selling generators, industrial equipment, engineering projects, or technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify and close high-value industrial opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Manage key accounts.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years industrial B2B sales experience.
- Strong understanding of power generation equipment or industrial engineering solutions.
- Existing network within manufacturing, telecom, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
