Job Title: Sales Manager - Generator Power Solutions

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • This role is suited for professionals with proven experience selling generators, industrial equipment, engineering projects, or technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Identify and close high-value industrial opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of power generation equipment or industrial engineering solutions.
  • Existing network within manufacturing, telecom, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
