Job Summary

• The Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational programs and projects.
• The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with donor requirements while advancing the organization's mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience managing donor-funded development or public health projects.
• Experience working with international donors is desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong report writing and proposal development skills.
• Budget management and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
