Job Title: Chinese Food Chef

Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Chinese Chef/Cook will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, ensuring high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• The role requires expertise in traditional Chinese cooking techniques, flavor balancing, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation: Plan and prepare a variety of Chinese dishes (Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, etc.).
• Cooking techniques: Utilize wok cooking, steaming, braising, and stir-frying methods.
• Ingredient management: Source, store, and handle authentic Chinese ingredients.
• Quality control: Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
• Kitchen hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
