Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative/HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resource and administrative functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and other HR records.
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general facility administration.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
