Job Title: Product Integration Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and integration of third-party products, APIs, payment solutions, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal product, technology, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful integration projects.
- Facilitate technical and business discussions with external partners and stakeholders.
- Support integration planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch reviews.
- Gather, document, and manage integration requirements while ensuring stakeholder sign-off.
- Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Support API integration activities and partner connectivity requirements.
- Coordinate technical certification and production readiness activities.
- Monitor integrated products and services, identify issues, and support timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Professional certification in Product Management is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years' experience in Product Integration Support, Product Management, or a related role.
- Experience working with APIs, digital products, or financial technology solutions is an added advantage.
