Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Personnel to drive sales of tyres, batteries, and lubricants across corporate clients and dealer/distributor channels.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate and dealer sales accounts.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Promote and sell tyres, batteries, and lubricants to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, product presentations, and customer negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years' sales experience in tyres, batteries, lubricants, automotive products, or related industries.
• Proven experience selling to corporate clients and dealer/distributor channels.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
