We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Supervisor, Northern Nigeria

Location: Kano

Purpose

  • The Store Supervisor will support efficient store operations by supervising material issuance, ensuring accurate inventory records, maintaining stock integrity, and supporting effective inventory control processes to meet operational requirements.

The Job

  • Supervise the day-to-day issuance of materials and ensure timely service delivery to internal customers.
  • Ensure all stock receipts and issues are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365).
  • Monitor stock movements and promptly escalate any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Oversee the issuance of packing slips and ensure complete documentation is forwarded for payment processing.
  • Support the implementation of approved reorder levels to prevent stock-outs.
  • Track inventory usage trends and contribute to replenishment planning.
  • Maintain accurate bin cards and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Assist in receiving and verifying materials against approved documentation.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.

Qualification​s

  • 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
  • OND in Business Management, Accounting, or any Social Science-related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in stores, inventory management, or stock control.

The Person Must:

  • Have a good understanding of inventory management and stock control principles.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Possess excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Be proficient in the use of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
