We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor, Northern Nigeria

Location: Kano

Purpose

• The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate warehouse operations to ensure the efficient dispatch of finished products, accurate inventory management, timely reporting, and effective warehouse processes that support the achievement of business objectives and customer satisfaction.

The Job

• Support the day-to-day management of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Authorize the loading and dispatch of finished products in line with approved procedures.
• Prepare and analyze daily dispatch and delivery reports to support operational decision-making.
• Ensure smooth vehicular movement and traffic flow before, during, and after product loading activities.
• Coordinate warehouse personnel to achieve optimal productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor product handling and storage processes to minimize losses and damages.
• Ensure strict adherence to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principle.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization within warehouse facilities.
• Ensure accurate product loading and dispatch documentation.

​Qualification​s

• 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience within the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

The Person Must:

• Possess a good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
