About the Role

• Are you a creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging content that attracts attention and drives results?
• We are looking for a talented and innovative **Creative Content Strategist** to lead content creation and digital storytelling for a growing real estate company in Kaduna.
• The ideal candidate understands modern content trends, is comfortable using AI tools, can create compelling videos and graphics, and knows how to build an engaging online presence that generates leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Design high-quality graphics and marketing materials
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Cover property inspections, client testimonials, and company events
• Create content that generates engagement, inquiries, and sales leads
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and content marketing innovations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Strong graphic design skills
• Strong video creation and editing skills
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
• Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and content trends

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries
• Photography and videography skills
• Experience with Meta Ads and content-driven lead generation
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Gemini, or similar platforms
