About the Role

• Skyshore Downstream & Marketing Limited is expanding its lubricants business and is seeking experienced, result-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales growth within their assigned territories.
• This position is strictly for professionals with a proven background in the lubricants industry who possess established customer relationships and can deliver measurable sales results from the outset.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in automotive and/or industrial lubricants sales.
• Possess an existing network of distributors, fleet operators, industrial customers, dealers, and key lubricant buyers within their region.
• Demonstrate a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Have strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
• Be capable of developing new markets while growing existing customer accounts.
• Be willing to commit to agreed monthly sales volume targets.
• Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants will be an added advantage.
