We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services to management
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across company operations
• Manage corporate legal risks and dispute resolution processes
• Interface with government agencies, clients, and external solicitors
• Support procurement, construction, consulting, and contracting activities with legal guidance
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and government contracting processes
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
