Located at Amuwo Odofin industrial scheme at Amuwo Odofin Lagos State since its inception, this Steele outfits pride itself in the production of ribbled reinforcement bars in various sizes. These are the bars used in the construction of industry. Hongxing steel company can ranked among the fastest private growing steel mills in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Source, atract ,screen and shortlisted suitable candidates for available positions
• Conduct interview, assessment and selection processes to indentify qualified applicants
• Manage the recruitment process from initial application through onboarding and deployment
• Verify candidates credential, employment history, references and other relevant documents
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Prepare recruitment report and provides updates on hiring actitivities.
• Collaborate with human resources and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of personnel
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidates experince

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or similar role
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Recruitment documentation tools.
• Accomodation is provided and feeding. 

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
