Job Title: Head Cook

Job Description

• The Head Cook will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality food preparation and staff management.
• The successful candidate will contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate on menu development and specials

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Cook or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
• Work Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off
• Accommodation: Provided
• Feeding while on duty: Provided
