We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Matron

Location: Ado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and professional ethics.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and continuous development.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence.
• Additional Midwifery qualification (RM) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or matron role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of nursing standards, patient care, and hospital procedures.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate nursing staff effectively.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
