Job Title: Commercial & Consumer Direct Sales Executive (DSE)

Location: Airport Road, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a target-driven Commercial Direct Sales Executive (DSE) to acquire and onboard business customers, drive deposit mobilization, and promote the bank's products and services to SMEs and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new business customers.
• Promote and sell the bank's products and services.
• Drive deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads through field marketing and networking.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and onboarding requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in any discipline with 1 year experience
• Previous experience in sales, business development, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with field sales activities.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N135,000 per month
• Performance Bonus: N200,000 for every 20 successful business accounts onboarded
• Additional Commission: Earn attractive commissions on deposits mobilized.
