Job description 

• A customer service officer is responsible for interacting with consumers on behalf of their workplace.
• Their responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries by phone or email, participating in team meetings to improve communication methods and staying current on the company's products and services.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess  relevant qualification with 4 - 6 years experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 per month.
