Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure effective implementation of company strategies.
• This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational, financial, and client management skills who can coordinate cross-functional activities, supervise teams, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and timely delivery of projects.
• Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning; track KPIs and prepare reports.
• Team Leadership: Supervise departmental heads, support HR in recruitment and staff development, and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Client & Vendor Management: Maintain strong client relationships, negotiate vendor agreements, and resolve customer concerns.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide updates to management, ensure smooth internal communication, and represent the company at events.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and laws, while identifying and mitigating business risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in business management, operations, or development.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
