Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

Job Summary

• The Digital Sales Executive drives revenue growth by proactively generating, nurturing, and converting high-value leads through digital channels (WhatsApp, social media, email & more), while delivering an exceptional customer experience and consistently hitting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high-value leads through digital prospecting, referrals, and outbound messaging.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email, and live chat.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable hospitality/travel offerings.
• Use persuasive conversational selling and chat-based closing techniques to convert leads into paying customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
• Identify corporate accounts, partnerships, and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in digital sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
