Job Title: Security Operative

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Operatives to protect our guests, employees, property, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
• Conduct routine patrols and report suspicious activities.
• Control access and verify visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain accurate daily occurrence and incident reports.
• Enforce company safety and security procedures professionally.
• Assist guests and employees while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with management and relevant authorities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO.
• At least 1 year of relevant security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Honest, alert, disciplined, and courteous.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of basic security and emergency-response procedures.
• Relevant security training or certification is an advantage.
