We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Back of House Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description

• Behind every exceptional dining experience is a well-run operation, We are looking for an experienced Back of House Operations Manager to ensure our kitchens, stores, and support teams operate efficiently, safely, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house operations across the restaurant. 
• Supervise kitchen support teams, stewards, stores, and receiving processes. 
• Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control. 
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and operational efficiency. 
• Coordinate purchasing and ensure timely availability of supplies. 
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace organization. 
• Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained. 
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless operations. 
• Develop and implement systems that improve productivity and operational performance. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing back-of-house operations in a reputable Fine Dining or Casual Dining establishment. 
• Strong understanding of restaurant inventory, procurement, food costing, and kitchen operations. 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Experience implementing operational systems and processes. 
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
