We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki, Ajah and  Adeniyi jones - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Marketing Officers will focus primarily on business development and marketing task. Their job includes Loans generation, Deposits mobilization and marketing the Bank's electronic products such as POS, mobile app, internet banking as well as other marketing services of the Bank in their respective locations. They will report to the Branch Manager/Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns to promote fintech products and services.
• Drive customer acquisition and increase product adoption across digital and physical channels.
• Develop and manage marketing content for social media, email, website, and other communication platforms.
• Support merchant acquisition and customer engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional events, activations, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales, business development, and product teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, merchants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of marketing experience in FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, Digital Payments, or Technology.
• Experience marketing digital payment solutions, mobile banking, POS services, agency banking, lending, or other financial products is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 per month.
