Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a boutique house in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing both local and intercontinental dishes, ensuring high-quality culinary standards.
• The role requires strong kitchen management skills, including staff supervision, inventory control, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu of local and international cuisines.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and source high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in local and intercontinental cuisine.
• Excellent kitchen management and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a kitchen team.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
