Job Summary

• Campus Technologies Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Data Analytics Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training to students and professionals.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and equip learners with industry-relevant skills through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training in Data Analytics.
• Teach students using practical, project-based learning approaches.
• Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Train students in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Guide learners in completing real-world capstone projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students on best practices and career development in data analytics.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student performance records.
• Participate in curriculum improvement and academic planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Data Analytics or related technologies will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Data Analytics training or industry practice.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and advanced learners.
• Experience delivering hands-on, project-based training is highly desirable.

Required Technical Skills
Applicants should possess strong practical knowledge of:

• Programming in R
• Machine Learning
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Statistics for Data Analysis
• Data Visualization and Dashboard Development
• Data Cleaning and Transformation
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Predictive Analytics
• Business Intelligence Concepts.
