Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Opebi - Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage engineering and construction projects from planning to completion.
• The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards while coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering/construction projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Prepare project progress reports and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality control and successful project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 6 - 7 years of proven experience managing engineering or construction projects.
• Professional certification such as COREN, NSE, PMP, or PMI is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
