Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall security operations within our organization.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise security staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement security procedures to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alarms and emergencies.
• Collaborate with management to address security concerns and implement solutions.
• Train security personnel on security protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report findings to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and audits
