Job Description

• We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brands & Marketing to drive our brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and team leadership. You'll shape brand identity, drive growth, and lead a talented marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive SKLD's brand strategy, positioning, and governance
• Lead marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, events, and PR
• Manage brand budget, performance, and ROI
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Drive customer engagement, loyalty, and brand advocacy
• Foster innovation, creativity, and execution excellence

• Brand awareness and recall
• Customer database growth
• Social media engagement
• Budget management and ROI
• Team performance and leadership

Who We're Looking For

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
• Professional certification in Marketing (e.g., CIM, AMA) is a plus
• Proven track record in brand building, marketing, and team leadership
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
