We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Concierge
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate services.
- Monitor bookings and maintain accurate guest records.
- Conduct room readiness checks and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with property policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in facility or estate management.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Experience in supervising technical or maintenance teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong supervisory and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability
- Attention to detail
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple service functions simultaneously.
Benefits
Salary: N120,000 - N145,600 Per Month.
