Lance Trend is a major distributor of technology products and Services for businesses in Nigeria, as well as partners with various ICT, manufacturers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Representative

Location: Ketu-Iyana School. Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Reseller Engagement — Full Order Life Cycle:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat
• Qualify inbound leads (retail customers vs. potential resellers/sub-distributors) and route them to the correct follow-up track
• Provide accurate product information: verified battery capacity, warranty terms, authorized-distributor authenticity, and pricing
• Own conversion — it is a core duty to convert qualified leads into closed sales, whether end-user retail customers or resellers/sub-distributors.Follow up proactively; do not let warm leads go cold
• Handle order processing and payment confirmation
• Manage delivery conversations end-to-end— set accurate delivery expectations, coordinate with dispatch/logistics, proactively update the customer on delays, and confirm successful delivery. The sale is not "done" until delivery is confirmed and the customer is satisfied
• Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues (DOA claims, warranty disputes) to the appropriate internal team

Website Stock & Price Support:

• Monitor and flag discrepancies between physical warehouse stock and what's shown live on baseus.com.ng
• Submit stock-level and price update requests using the standard update template (SKU, current value, proposed value, reason)
• All price and stock changes require supervisor sign-off before publishing live— this role prepares and flags changes; it does not unilaterally publish them
• Prioritize update requests for high-turnover SKUs and any item flagged for dead-stock clearance (e.g., Palm Fast Charger 20W UK)
• Report out-of-stock or low-stock items daily to prevent repeat of prior stockout/reputational incident
