We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food during operating hours.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor food inventory and report stock requirements to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Properly store food items and minimize waste in line with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations as required.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or a Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cook in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
