We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer / Manager, Real Estate & Construction

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Support the sector lead in relationship management, customer onboarding, credit appraisal, documentation follow-up, transaction processing, account monitoring, client engagement and preparation of reports, call memos and portfolio updates.

Requirements
Minimum Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• HND or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' banking/relevant industry experience, preferably in corporate banking, credit, trade finance or sector support.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Technical Competencies:

• Credit appraisal support, financial analysis; documentation review; transaction processing; customer onboarding/KYC; report writing, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; sector research; portfolio tracking.

Behavioural Competencies

• Attention to detail; responsiveness; reliability; collaboration; confidentiality; problem solving; communication; diligence; learning agility; service orientation.

Preferred Experience/Exposure

• Demonstrable exposure to real estate development, construction finance, project milestones, documentation and contractor risk.
