BTHDC is an ultra-modern Diagnostic Center facility which provides Radiology and laboratory services at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja Lagos.

BTHDC is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between PPC Limited and Lagos State Government. PPC Limited is affiliated to Philips Medical System (PMS), a global leader in providing clinical management and diagnostic technology, and have been successful in transferring latest technology to the healthcare industry in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Address patient inquiries regarding diagnostic services, scheduling, and results.
• Manage patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Receive payments for diagnostic services, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Issue receipts to patients and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash and credit transactions, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with the laboratory, radiology, and cardiology team to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic results.
• Issue diagnostic results to patients, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide explanations and clarifications regarding test results as needed.
• Provide patients with information on diagnostic procedures and preparation guidelines.
• Ensure patients understand follow-up procedures and report collection processes.​​​​​​

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
