Job Description

• The Associate Quantity Surveyor is responsible for supporting the planning, management, and control of project costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that engineering and construction projects are delivered within approved budgets and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• The Associate Quantity Surveyor works closely with project teams to optimize project value, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, commercial, and technical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, contribute to value engineering initiatives, and support effective project delivery.
