The directors’ vast knowledge and experience in retail business have been deployed in the management and operation of Oliver Twist Supermarket since the inception of the first store in 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Locations: Lugbe, Apo, Lokogoma, Jabi, Gwarimpa, Kubwa, and Maitama - Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory operations across multiple store locations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Analyze inventory reports and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate stock transfers between branches.
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and expired products.
• Train and supervise inventory personnel where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
