Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
About the Role
- We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for stock handling, verification, and loading/unloading to keep inventory moving accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Count, check, and verify incoming and outgoing stock against waybills and delivery notes
- Safely load and offload goods from trucks and containers
- Organize warehouse, label items, and maintain proper stacking for easy access
- Update stock movement logs and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper storage conditions
- Keep warehouse area clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum SSCE. Trade certificate is an advantage
- 1-2 years experience as a warehouse operator, loader, or storekeeper preferred
- Stock verification and basic inventory procedures
- Loader experience with manual handling and basic equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
