Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and drive sales through excellent service delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth through commission-based performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE,OND ETC qualification
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Salary
N80,000 monthly + Unlimited Commission.
