Job Summary
- As part of our expansion, we are seeking smart, energetic, and result-driven Marketing Executives to help grow our brand, increase sales, and build lasting relationships with customers and corporate organizations.
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Spesa Food's products and services, driving customer acquisition, increasing sales, building strategic partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence within Ikorodu and surrounding communities.
- The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and sales skills, be target-driven, creative, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic and daily sales.
- Promote Spesa Food's meals, catering services, meal packages, and special offers.
- Identify and acquire new individual, corporate, and institutional customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage.
Business Development:
- Market Spesa Food's corporate meal services to businesses, schools, hospitals, banks, churches, and other organizations.
- Secure partnerships for staff lunches, corporate catering, event catering, and bulk meal orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion.
Brand Promotion:
- Execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Organize promotional events, food sampling, and community activation programs.
- Distribute promotional materials within target locations.
- Represent the Spesa Food brand professionally at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Social Media Team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and customer service teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must reside in Ikorodu or nearby areas.
