We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health Screening Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health screenings, including blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index (BMI), temperature, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and other approved screening procedures.
• Collect and record clients' medical history and basic health information.
• Explain screening procedures and results within the approved scope of practice.
• Identify clients who require further medical evaluation and refer them appropriately.
• Ensure all screening equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and disinfected.
• Observe infection prevention and control measures at all times.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Support community health outreaches, wellness campaigns, and corporate health screening programs.
• Educate clients on preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyle practices, and the importance of regular health checks.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, nutritionists, health advisors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor inventory of screening supplies and report shortages.
• Comply with all clinical guidelines, organizational policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

• Diploma, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Nursing
  • Community Health
  • Medical Laboratory Science
  • Public Health
  • Health Education
  • Physiotherapy
  • Or any other related healthcare discipline.
• Valid professional license or registration where applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; qualified entry-level candidates may also be considered.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
